Our Bountiful Story
Bountiful Bread was developed by David White in Albany, NY in 1998. It was initially just a small, 1,600 square foot bread operation. After an incredible reception and great feedback from the public, the concept turned from just bread into sandwiches, soups, and desserts.
In May 2004, Bountiful Bread in Albany opened in a new space with 4,800 square feet. The customer responses have been clear – Bountiful Bread is the gold standard for the bakery, café business and the concept is a winner with customers, staff and management.
Through relationships developed in the business over many years, we have established an incredible leadership team. The team represents over 150 years of experience in the restaurant business.
